Everyday Broccoli Cheese Chicken
Serves four Ingredients: 1 Tbsp margarine or butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1lb) 1 can Campbell's broccoli & cheese soup 1/3 C water or milk 1/8 tsp pepper 2 C broccoli florets breadcrumbs (optional) Directions: In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for 10 minutes in hot margarine or butter -- or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, water and pepper; heat to boiling. Add broccoli, reduce heat to low. Cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs before serving, if desired. |
