Santa Fe Cranberry Relish
1 bag cranberries
1 jalapeno, seeded and de-veined
l green onion
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp. cumin
3/4 cup sugar
Put all ingredients in food processor and process to a coarse grind Let set
overnight for flavors to blend. (Better on day two!)
(Wonderful as a substitute for traditional cranberry relish --
great with turkey, chicken, ham, or beef! A fresh, zingy
salsa to be served with Mexican food . . .
