Full of Bologna
1 1/2 cups cubed Bologna
2 cups raw potatoes
6 Tablespoons plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
In a well greased baking dish, mix bologna, potatoes, flour, salt and pepper. Dot with 3 Tablespoons bacon fat. Put
in pan and pour 2 cups milk over this. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
