1 10" unbaked pie shell
3 Tbsp finely diced onion
6 oz corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut-drained
6 oz. Swiss cheese
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups half and half cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 dash cayenne pepper
Preaheat oven 375 degrees. Evenly distribute onion, shredded corned beef and sauerkraut over bottom of the unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle cheese all over. Whip the eggs, adding the sugar and dash of cayenne pepper. Combine with cream and pour slowly over ingredients in the pie shell. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven until lightly browned and kinife inserted in center comes out clean!!!!!
