Pan Broiled Lamb Chops
2 large lamb chops -- about 1 inch thick 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Salt to taste
Black pepper to tasteHeat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chops. Cook the chops about 7 minutes on each side, turning the chops only once. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper just before removing. Stir in the pan juices, scraping pan. Pour the juice over the chops and serve hot.
