Make the bread into breadcrumbs and mix with the butter and herbs, add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix. 
  2. Pile the stuffing onto the lamb and cook in a preheated oven at 200*C for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how you like it.  |    |
