Heat the sesame seeds until lightly golden. In a bowl, mix the minced veal, fried vegetables, sesame seeds, beaten egg and seasonings. Mix well. Shape the mixture into patties, slightly flattened, and roll in breadcrumbs. In a buttered skillet, brown patties on both sides. Lower the heat and continue cooking, on low heat, for about 6 minutes. Serve with Bearnaise sauce.
NOTE: To grill on a barbecue - Do not roll in breadcrumbs. Instead, baste the patties with oil and grill 4 inch (10cm) above coals. Calculate about 10 minutes for each side.
Serve with: Sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms. | </FORM> |
