Pork Steak Casserole              4    Cubed pork steaks                   1 cn Cream of mushroom soup    2 1/2 ts Flour                               1 c  Milk       Servings: 1        Carrots sliced thin Onions sliced thin Potatoes sliced thin        Brown steaks well in frying pan. Remove meat - add flour, soup and milk to    fry pan and simmer a few minutes. layer in casserole the potatoes and    carrots and onions. Top with meat and season with salt and pepper. Top with    soup mixture and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/ 2 hour or until done.
