You hear about outside filters for PSP all the time, but did you know that PSP comes with it's own filters?
 Everything here and all the sub folders are PSP's built in filters. You can create some really neat stuff using these.......... Which brings me to the challenge! Take This picture     and using only PSP's filters, lets see what you make of it! Use one  or use them all! Have fun... and remember this is not a contest.. this is designed to help you learn some of the powerful tools already built into PSP.  I am looking  forward to seeing what you can do!!  Ollie

Then use Layers menu;
3. Add a Raster layer, use fill bucket to cover entire image with white (or fave color)

4. Go to Layers, Arrange, Move Down

And lastly;
6. Cut to size with rectangle selection tool

Well alrighty then!! Such great work!!! This  gives me a good idea where everyone is at, so that when I post more challenges. they will be a bit harder. isnt it funny how you can take one picture and it ends up looking nothing like what you started with. This is great to make your own backgrounds with.  Ollie

Younger son and I have used the Effects filters before to alter images.  This is the really fun exercise.

1) Set Bright/Cont to 0 Bright and -60 Contrast
    Set Noise at 40
    Use "Pencil" with colour R 118  G 197 and B 253

2) Set Noise at 70
    Used Buttonize with:
         Transparent Edge
         Both Height and Width 16
         Opacity = 55
