El Shaddai My Adonai Bless, O God,
Jim who struggles with cancer.
Empower him with hope
for each and every day.
Provide him with loving
and tender care, laughter,
and the support of love.
Grant Jim
courage when he is afraid,
comfort when he is in pain,
and your blessing
when all else seems hopeless,
that in Jim's fight with illness he may continue to praise you
and glorify your name. And So It Is

Father God I lift our brother Jim up to You. I ask that You pour Your Healing Balm of Gilead over him from the top of his head to the tips of his toes oh Lord. That You will heal him totally and completly of these cancers. These things I pray and ask in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen. |

| My brother inlaw has been told he has advanced cancer, fast spreading and in three places, latest updates: They have decided to operate on Jims arm, as the cancer there will cause his arm to break, and they wouldn't be able to do anything with it, and will put a pin into it, they have also decided to try radium theraphy as well as chemo, but have said there is no cure, but if it works might prolong his life. He has to go to two different hospitals for treatment, my sister sufferes arthritus very bad in back and hip, and since she had radium theraphy for her treatment after having cancer a few years back her bones have weakened, and she is in much more pain with it, also a lot of driving and long distant driving she finds herself in agony, but will be taking jim to and from hospital often, and she is doing those things that jim always did for her like carrying the shopping, lifting etc, please keep both in prayer, I am thanking God that they are giving him treatment, and pray he will be healed, he is a lovely person, hugs Chrissie | |

Lord I come to you today to ask for total healing for Jim. I also ask that you sooth the fear and anger that this awful cancer causes. Allow all who are touched by this to find a calmness that only You can provide Father. Give each person patience as You work Your will. I clame the promise of your healing of Jim in the Holy Name of Jesus....Amen & Amen |

Father you say ask and you shall recieve Father by your stripes we were healed. Father I come before you in Faith knowing that you heal. Father you can do all things.Father sickness is not of you.Father the veil was torn in two we can come into your prescence. I Kneel before you In Faith Knowing You are Jehovah Rapha the God that heals the great I am the great Physician. On my knees and in the name of Jesus I call on you and bind that cancer that that cancer die from the roots that Jim will be healed and whole. Send Angels to minister to him. Thankyou all for your prayers, Jim has the cancer in 4 places now, and is on treatment, he had to have his morhine dose highered, and has operation on his arm, they put a rod into his arm to hold it, so it won't break as the cancer gets worse, they can't take the cancer out as it is too bad, and in his bone in the arm, he has one in and outside of the lung, and one at the bottom of his back, please continue to pray for him please, and for Pat too who is also going through it. love Chrissie |

Hi everyone, I am back home til the weekend, as Pat is staying with her daughter til then, everything went ok at funeral and afterwards, it was lovely seeing so many people, there were about 100 people came to the church service,he was so liked by many. and it was lovely seeing jims family from Scotland with our family and friends and people he worked with or worked for from all over the place, it was lovely seeing everyone mixing, and his son is like looking at and listening to a younger Jim, i couldn't believe they are so much alike, and sounds like Jim, Pats coping well, they had a small service today, as pat has had a plot for her and jim, and everyone has now gone home, Pat had 7 staying in her bungalow, Her daughter had 11 in total, and some of Jims family stayed in a bed and breakfast, It will be now that it will hit pat harder, especially when she goes home to stay, can you please keep her in your prayers, her family and jims family too, the one brother died last year, both jim and the other son only in their 60's and their mom died before christmas too, so it has hit the sisters very hard.
