YOGA WORKSHOP II The next lesson in this workshop is even easier and more profound. Yoga is like that. It appears to begin with all sorts of complicated disciplines and practices. And learning comes slowly at first. As one progresses the practices become less complicated but the level of growth increases. For this practice, one simply changes “Who Am I?to I Am That Last time you asked yourself and the Universe (which is the same thing), who am I. In this practice, you will answer. So for a week, or how ever long you want to, what ever you see, whether it be of nature or made by humans and humans themselves (good and bad behavior included), take it in…really look at it and experience it. Then, say out loud or silently?/FONT>I AM THAT. You may notice a change right at first or it may come slowly and build over time. What ever happens, just accept it and let it be. Do not be attached to outcomes in this practice. Simply do the practice and experience. Thank you for reading and practicing. Namaste Mimi | | | |
