This one is easy and fun. It is great to do with children when they are acting unfocused and scattered or just need to be brought in to center. I use it when I am feeling overwhelmed or when I feel like my energy is all over the place. It helps to clean out your body. After you use it a few times, you will find that it helps in many difficult situations. The first few times you do it, you may feel a bit dizzy...so no driving while bunny breathing until you don't get dizzy anymore. OK All you do is sniff in 3 short quick breaths through your nose. Then you exhale through your mouth making the HAAAAAAAAA sound. Repeat it a few times. After I do it, I like to take a couple of deep yogic breaths. |
