Well I've been horrible about taking my BG since about the beginning of the school year. So far, it's still been pretty good those few times I've taken it. Except of course when I was sick. Ya just gotta love the effects of various kinds of stress huh? today's attempt at being good -- 138 at about 3:20 pm. I need to get some better, low carb snack options for after school. I'm very hungry! |

Ok so, here goes. Day two of the "new leaf". I still need to get my fat *ss moving, but at least i'm checking my BG. Which was pretty good. 4:00 it was 118 granted, shortly after that it went up. I do like (love) those shortbread cookies. The battle is one at cub foods, not the cupboard -- i gotta remember that! I at least only have eaten three and truly savored them.

Well, i wasn't too good over the weekend -- kinda the norm actually. i tried to get back on the band wagon again to day. 12:32 it was 118 -- yippy 2:45 it was 145 not quite as good, oh well
gotta love the stress of hostile students :) |

Well, this new leave needs to get ressurected! I've been very bad about checking my BG -- great excuse of not having testing strips, but i really could have got more! I'm so stressed about the whole asking Paul out thing, it's keeping up until the wee hours of the day. That then leads to being very tired and having the engergy of a SLUG! Sitting around watching TV and non-stop snacking, hummmm and that leads to higher BG which leads to less energy and that leads to hummmm could that be a vicous cycle there? I'm going to buy some of that celsius stuff and maybe that will give me the kick in the ass that I need. No matter what, Monday's gonna suck with having to get up that early again. Oh well, at least i've been doing a better job of at least taking my pill each day. |
