Hi I am trying to lose weight I tried  everything nothing seems to work I have started back tot he gym but seem to eat more. I read about this stuff called Nutrilean by greens plus and was just wondering if anyone has tried it? It's all natural meal replacement with low carbs.

Thanks

micheemee - sorry I don't know that product. You will have to tell us more about it.

What actually worked the best for me to lose weight was when I worked to bring down my blood sugars. I had to make changes in my life. What I was doing didn't work. What I did and still do is keep a record of all the food I eat. I count Calories and Carbs. I hear time and time again - oh, I know what I eat; I don't need to write it down. Well, so do I know what I eat, but when you see it on paper, it's amazing how it adds up. Sometimes, I saw I wasn't eating enough. In the beginning, I actually set a limit on my calories and carbs based mainly on what I read in Dr. Bernstein's book  "Diabetes Solution". But the most important change I made was adding exercise to my routine. I drink 10 X 8 oz glasses of water a day. Water does help fill you up.

Good luck and please share with us how's it's going.
Hugs,
