Carol- Is this facial cleaner you use supposed to help you with your acne problem as well? Rmember alcohol can be VERY drying to your skin, something you don't want. |

Thanks to you Wanda AND your hubby, Steve for checking out L'Oreal DeCrease! Be sure and keep us posted as to any positive results (if any) you get after using this cream for a while.---Looneybird |

I bought a new facial cleaner by L'Oreal. It's called Visibly Clean-Foaming Cream Scrub Cleanser. It has a exfoliator and vitamin C. It is oil free and non-comedogenic which means it won't clog your pores. It cost me $7.99 at osco, again they charge more then Target, Ulta and Wal-Mart so it will be cheaper probably. |

I have continued to use my L'Oreal products with the "Boswelox" in it and love what it does for my skin. I use the day cream, night crream and eye cream with the B in it. I still use my iSkin about every other day and always before a shower so I can wash it off in the shower instead. |

Thanks for that update, Wanda. I still have my L'Oreal Decrease but I am trying to use up a lot of other products before I go back to it and give it a better trial. I am using some Dr. Denese products from QVC. This line has an exfoliating scrub as well and I am using that at least once a week after yardwork to get rid of water resistant sunscreen. This could also be used with the i-skin machine. |

I used MaryKay products in the 80's and am not up on them now. I'm sure they have lots of new technology. I know my sister and her girls love it, my niece sells it and keeps trying to win me over. lOL! |

Add Moisture
The best time to apply face cream is right after you cleanse. Slather on a layer of lotion as though you're putting on a mask, letting it sit on top of your skin instead of rubbing it in. It will take a couple of minutes to be absorbed, but it will work better. When you rub lotion in, your hands absorb too much. |

Thanks for adding to this thread, Wanda. I am interested in seeing if any of the new members are using any skin care products that work for them. Also, if the older members have tried anything new that they either like or don't like---I would be interested hearing about that too. |

I haven't used any of the products I have read about here, but I am going to try a few. I use what Cher uses. She has used a buff puff on her face every day for years. Me to. I use soap that I make and it's super fatted so it never dries. I follow with a cream I also make, but I prefer Ponds Regenerist cream when I can find it. I have a lot of trouble finding it. Anyway, I am going to try the L'Oreal product that helps fill in the little lines I have.
What I would like to know from you gals is, what kind of lipstick do you wear? I am allergic to all the brands that I have tried including Mary Kay and Avon. I get these tiny little bumps on my lips when I wear lipstick. I am thinking of having permanent color put in my lips. Have any of you had permanent makeup done?

I'm going to be buying the new L'Oreal product as well for line fillers and check it out. I love their products. Let me know how you like it. I believe you need to find out what it is in the lipsticks that is causing the reaction you have. Have you compared the ingriedients in each to find the one? Perhap a Dr. could answer you. I can wear any lipsticks and do so. If I see a shade I like then I buy it. I tend to buy L'Oreal and Clinque but I do have others as well from WalMart. |
