uh oh!
Monday 22nd September is D-Day for us at work. This is when we will find out whether or not we still have jobs, or what!!
i'm actually getting worried now! it's not good! I thought it was just rumours, but after talking to a colleague, who is also a union rep, it's not just a rumour, it's true. This is the day we will find out if redundancies (lay offs) will be made or not. Who will be affected, what the redundancy pay out will be. It's awful really....we've had this overhanging since February without a word from the company.
Now everyone is stressing big time about it all. What if?! What if?!
Argh.... anyways...thought I'd let u all know why I've not been around very much lately....
work is hectic because we're so short staffed, so i'm practically, sleeping and working.....and i've been ill with a horrid cold virus, which i've still got 2 weeks later and AF is visiting too, and she's not being very nice at all.
I ended up coming home from work yesterday to change because I leaked whilst checking in passengers (how embarrassing)! Though i'm glad they didn't know what happened. And I was able to go home and change!! phew! But still embarrassing or what!?!
The pain has been horrendous too. I've been throwing up and having to take these anti-sickness pills that taste absolute foul! And sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. I know me being sick is because of the pain, but argh...things us girls have to go through ey? Anyways, i have a whole bunch of new bruising that has come up out of nowhere!?! Does anyone else get unexplained bruising on their knees/legs/shins area?? just wondering!
OK the pain is gettin really bad again, so i'd better get some sleep whilst i can. Been up since 4am (so 16.5hrs now).....I promise that i'll try and catch up soon and I hope things are going ok/good for you all!
