Spell to Ease Aching Bones "Lady, heal his/her bones of pain, Lady, ease his/her bones of hurt. Bring him/her cleanness of all bone. Bring him/her strength in every part. Lady, heal, make whole each limb. Lady, bless, O bless, O bless, and strengthen, ease and comfort. Lady, give this one of yours your peace." A Chant to Ease Arthritis "Straightness of tree, make this limb firm. Smoothness of stone, make this joint strong. Power of tide, make this hinge clean, that the body stand straight and the heart be well." A Spell to Ease Menstrual Pain This chant should be repeated at least three times, or until the caster is assured that the spell has worked. "Red flower, hurt flower, heal, bless this lady with all happiness, all wealth of mind, all ease of soul, that the new day find her body whole." Direct this spell at the woman's body. This healing works best if cast at night, or in the evening. A Spell to Assist a Woman to Conceive Repeat the follow chant three times: "It is the time of harvest, your womb fills. The ears of the grain are swollen, your womb fills, The ears of grain are splitting, it is time. Bring forth! Bring forth! Bring forth! In the power and the love." A Spell to Banish a Blemish To remove warts, pimples, blemishes and other similar growths, a banishing ritual is often used. Take a small dried bean and rub it against the imperfections. Dig a hole in the ground and drop the bean into it. Chant: "As this bean decays, so my blemish/wart/pimple goes away." Use a different bean for each blemish. This, like all banishing rituals, should be performed during the waning Moon. A Spell to Ease Pain of All Kinds Place your hand over the afflicted part, about an inch away, and project a healing beam, at first gently, moving your hand as if it was a metal detector, seeking something lost. After a while, you will sense the centre of the discomfort, and can then massage the area at that point, sending stronger beams of energy. A Color Spell for Anxiety Project grass green, neither too dark, nor too sharp. This reduces anxieties and tendencies to inflammation, as green is a color of renewal or rebirth. | | | | |
