15 Minute Brownies

3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Water
12 oz Chocolate chips; semi-sweet
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs

Combine flour, soda and salt; set aside.

In microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and water. Cook for 2 minutes at 100% power, stirring after 1 minute. Remove from oven.Add 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until smooth and chips are melted.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in flour mixture and stir in remaining chocolate chips.

Pour into an 8 or 9 inch microwave-safe baking pan. Place a saucer, upside down, in the microwave and put baking pan on top of saucer.

Cook at 70% power for 10 minutes turning after 5 minutes.

Bisquick Fudge Brownies

2 c Chocolate chips
1/4 c Margarine
2 c Biscuit baking mix
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with margarine; remove from heat. Add biscuit mix, condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining chips. Turn into well-greased 13x9" pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool. Garnish as desired. Cut into bars.

Black and White Brownies

1 c Cake flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening, softened
1/2 c Granulated sugar replacement
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 tb Water
1/4 c Unsweetened coconut, grated
1 ts Coconut milk
1 oz Baking chocolate, melted

Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cream shortening and sugar replacement until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract and water.

Divide batter into two equal parts. To one part add unsweetened coconut and coconut milk. Stir to completely blend. To the remaining half, beat in the melted chocolate.

Spread coconut mixture on bottom of well-greased 8-in square pan. Spread chocolate layer on top of coconut layer. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 min. Cut into 1 x 2 inch bars.

Black Forest Brownies La Mode

21 1/2 oz Brownie mix
1 c Cherry pie filling
1/4 c Oil
2 Egg whites -- whipped
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
2 c Low-fat vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350. prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, cherry pie filling, oil, and egg whites. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, spread when melted.

Blockbuster Brownies

8 Squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c Butter or margarine
6 Eggs
3 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1 tb Vanilla
1 c Chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate and butter or margarine over hot water or in microwave on medium 4 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs until lemon coloured. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick about 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate mixture, fold in flour, vanilla and nuts. Pour into two greased 2 l square pans. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Toppings: Sprinkle with chopped nuts and semi sweet chocolate chips before baking. Sprinkle cool Brownies with icing sugar

Glaze: Melt 1 square of unsweetened chocolate with 1 tb of butter and 1/4 cup of milk, blend until smooth. Add 1 1/4 cup of icing sugar, blend well. Spread over pan cooled brownies. Rocky Road: Sprinkle 2 cups miniature marshmallows over 1 pan of brownies. Broil under preheated broiler until golden brown. Drizzle with 1 square melted semi sweet chocolate

Best Fudge Brownies

4 Squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c Butter
4 Eggs
1 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Walnuts; chopped

Melt chocolate & butter over hot water. Cool slightly. Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Blend in chocolate mixture. Stir in flour; add vanilla & nuts. Spread in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325. Cool. Yields 30 brownies.

Blond Brownies

8 oz (1)pkg white cake mix; NO-SUGAR
2 Eggs;
2 tb Granulated brown sugar; REPLACEMENT
2 tb Water
1/4 c Mints chocolate chips;
1/4 c Peanut butter chips;

Combine cake mix, eggs, brown sugar REPLACEMENT and water in mixing bowl. Beat in medium speed until well blended and thickened. Fold in chips. Pour batter into two, greased and papered 8-in pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or unitl brownies test done. Cut into 2-in squares.

Blonde Brownies

1/2 c Margarine
2 Eggs
2 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 c Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 X 13 pan with Pam.

Cream margarine, add eggs and brown sugar. Beat with mixer a minute or two till light and fluffy. Add salt, baking powder, vanilla, and flour. Batter gets as thick as a cookie batter. Add chips. Spread in pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. It should look like it's not cooked all the way through. This is a real moist and delicious cookie bar.

Blonde Brownies

2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
3 Egg whites
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Water
1 3/4 c Packed brown sugar
2 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
6 tb Margarine; softened

Heat oven to 350F.

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

In large mixer bowl beat sugar, margarine, egg whites and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in dry ingredients, alternately with water. Stir in morsels.

Spread into greased 15x10-inch jellyroll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool in pan. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve,

Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually, mixing well. Spread in 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into bars. Makes 48.

Blonde Brownies

4 Eggs
2 c Brown sugar
1 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Self-rising flour
1 c Chopped pecans
1 ts Vanilla

Beat eggs in top of double boiler until blended. Mix in sugar & butter; place over boiling water, stirring constantly until hot (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Sift flour & add all at once to egg mixture. Blend well. Add pecans & vanilla & bake in well greased 9x13-inch pan at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Cut in squares.

Blonde Brownies (Blondies)

1/2 lb Butter
2 c Light brown sugar
4 Eggs; well beaten
2 1/2 c Cake flour; sifted
2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Vanilla
16 oz Chocolate bits; mini
1 1/2 c Pecans; chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Melt the butter, add the sugar and stir until it has dissolved.

Add the eggs. Sift the flour and baking powder together and add with the vanilla to the batter.

Coat the chocolate bits and nuts lightly with flour and fold into the cake dough. Butter a (9" x 12 1/2") pan and dust with flour.

Bake for 30 minutes and leave the pan in the open oven for another 15 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm. These keep well if they are wrapped in foil once they are cooled.

1 c All-purpose flour

1/2 c Semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c Chopped pecans

Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.Combine flour, soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans. Spread mixture into a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Yield: 16 brownies.

White Chocolate Brownies
Yield: 24 Servings

Ingredients:
6oz imported white chocolate, cut up
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick (4oz) butter
2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
6oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, cut up
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a 2-quart glass bowl, combine white chocolate pieces, sugar, and butter. Heat in microwave oven on High about 1-1/2 minutes, or until melted and smooth when stirred.

2. With a whisk or fork, beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until well mixed. Stir in bittersweet chocolate and walnuts.

3. Spread evenly in a buttered, foil lined 7x11 inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Do not overbake. Let cool, then cut into 24 pieces.
