I started watching the film on telly. I'm sure I've seen it before. Switched it off after about 15 mins. I'm sure it gets bad and maybe his wife or whatever gets killed. I cant stand sad films. If I know it's going to be upsetting with regards to harm to women and children, I get rid. Am I right? Does something horrible happen? In fact don't bother replying.
The film depicts Rob Roy McGregor as a hero..in real life he was a con man who had numerous debts..lol.
In the film his wife gets raped and becomes pregnant by an English nobleman..however Rob Roy exacts his revenge by killing him in a duel..is a sad but good film..just truth stretched a little
