And God said, “Bring forth grass, earth, and the herb yielding seed, and the fruit-tree yielding fruit it like (after its kind), whose seed is in itself, upon the earth�? and it was so.

And the earth brought forth grass and herbs bearing seed after its kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself; and God saw that it was good.
13. Ak a ahuese ak a nokwen esof a treik ahuekwe.
And the day and the night were the third day.
14. Ak Delwi sekalge, “Ta esuk, vekosi, len Duidhem gith dehtei a ahuese hep a nokwi; ak ta esuk gith hilkesi, ak gith kihed, ak gith ahuekwe, ak gith iheri;
And God said, “Be, lights, in the sky for to divide the day from the night; and be for signs, and for seasons, and for day, and for years;
15. Ak ta esuk gith vekosethi len a deruon a Duidhemel gith deunei vekos huri a Kidhom;�?ak esalge sole.
And be for lights in the firmament of the Second-earth for to give light to the earth;�?and it was so.

And God made two great lights; the greater light for to govern the day, and the lesser for to govern the night; he made the stars also.

And God set them in the sky for to give light upon the earth,

And for to govern the day and the night, and for to cut the night from the dark; and God saw that it was good.

And evening and morning were the fourth day.
20. Ak Delwi sekalge, “Ta deunalut mein garsafi sol regei ak veilei, uldori, ak mesuid gith altolei sulre Kidhem len kiu Duidhem.�?BR>And God said, “Bring forth many animals that live and move, waters, and fowl for to fly above the earth in the wide sky.�?BR>21. Ak Delwi geunalge suvei, sekale, “Ta esulka mein, ak ta peltulka a uldori len a morad, ak ta esulka mein, mesuid, len a Duidhem.�?BR>And God blessed them, saying, “Become many, and fill the waters in the seas, and become many, fowl, in the sky.�?BR>23. Ak a nokwi ak a ahuese esof a penkos ahuekwe.
And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
24. Ak Delwi sekalge, “Ta deunalut garsafi e voh, gokwi ak salaraf ak dhem-garsafi, e voh, deruon;�?ak esalge sole.
And God said, “Bring forth animals after their kind, cattle (cows) and dirt-beasts and beasts of the earth, after their kind, firmament;�?and it was so.

And God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that climbs on the firmament after its kind; and God saw that it was good.
26. Ak Delwi sekalge, “Ta teketin inais liri gith ais dhei, gith ais geda; ak ta weldo peri a peiski len mora, ak peri a mesuid len Duidhom, ak peri a gokwi, ak peri sur Kidhom, ak peri sur a derustaigei garsaf.�?BR>And God said, “Let us make mankind for our form, for our face; and they will have control over the fish in the sea, and over the fowl in Second-earth, and over the cattle, and over all of the earth, and over all the creeping animals.�?BR>27. And God blessed [them], and God said, “Become many, and renew the Earth, and conquer it; and control over the fish in the sea and over the fowl of the air and over every living [thing] that climbs across the firmament.

And God said, “See, I have given you every herb and every tree that makes seeds [which is] on the earth; for you it is food.
30. Ak huri sur garsaf a deruonel, ak huri sur mesui Duidhemel, ak huri sure sol derustaigei reib a deruon, e sol veilag, im o deuner sur vilis theneg gith meri;�?ak esalge sole.
And to every animal of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that crawls across the earth, it that lives, I have given every green herb for food;�?and it was so.

And God saw everything that he had made; and, behold, it was good. And the night and the day were the sixth day.

Genesis 2

1. Ir Erdhem, Duidhem, ak Kidhom rai tenof, ak sur a osse suveil.
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2. Ak len a selpak ahuekwe, Delwi tenalge suok uerve sol suon o teketalge; ak suon kweinalge sa a selpak ahuekwe hep sur suok uerve sol suon o teketalge.
And in the seventh day, God ended his work that he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work, which he had made.

And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it; for in it he had rested from all his work that God had made.

These are the generations of the earth when they were made, in the day when the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,

And every plant of the earth before it was in the earth and every herb of the earth before it grew; for the Lord God had not made rain on the earth, and there was not a man for to furrow the ground.

But a cloud went from the earth, and it gave water to all the face of the earth.
7. Ak a Potis Delwi dheigalge uliro hep a kwer dhemil, ak uihalge leri suok neales aveklo veila; ak a lir tenalge huri lewek veilei.
And the Lord God formed mankind from the dust of the earth, and he breathed from his nose life; and the man finished (became) a living soul.
8. Ak a Potis Delwi dhesalge ahegra len Salusgen, len Eden; ak alin suon dhesalge a lir sol suon teketalge.
And the Lord God set a garden in the East, in Eden; and there he set the man that he made.
9. Ak hep a dhem a Potis Delwi sefenalge ahegrei sur doru sol esag mete len a okwi ak gith merei; a doru veilail duep len a ahegra, ak a doru eiko a weinas metenil ak melanil.
And from the earth the Lord God drew to plant every tree that is good in the eye and for to eat; the tree of life also in the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
10. Ak feleik gulmalge hep Eden gith deunei weid huri a ahegra; ak alin rai skeihalge, ak pedasalge kwetu fekini.
And a river went from Eden for to give water to the garden; and from there it was parted, and became four heads.
11. A onim eil puro esag Pison; e tirotag sur Havilah, sol kardale gov;
The name of it first is Pison; it goes through all of Havilah, which has gold;
12. Ak a gov len lar gervail esan mete; tesan bedelliak ak keleikvo.
And the gold in that land is good; there is bdellium and onyx.
13. Ak a onim feleikil duik esag Gihon; esag lar sol tirotag sur Ithiopia.
And the name of the second river is Gihon; it is there that goes through all of Ethiopia.
14. Ak a onim feleikil treik esag Hiddekel; e gulmag huri Assiria. Ak a feleik kwetuk esag Iufreitis.
And the name of the third river is Hiddekel; it goes to Assyria. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
15. Ak a Potis Delwi dhesalge a lir len a ahegra Eden gith pemanei e.
And the Lord God put the man in the garden, Eden, for to protect it.
16. Ak a Potis Delwi weldalge suon, sekale, “Tun kardut hedei lar sur doru len a ahegra,
And the Lord God commanded him, saying, “You have (are able) to eat that of every tree in the garden,

And the Lord God filled him in sleep, and Adam slept; and God took a rib of Adam, and healed his flesh;

Therefore a man shall leave from his parents and dwell with his wife; and they shall become one flesh.

The Lord God made coats (warm garments) for Adam also and his wife, and he clothed them.

Kerosai 1 (Psalms 1)

Blessed are the men who don’t walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scornful.

But his joy is in the law of the Lord; and he thinks in his law through night and day.
