Eternal guardian of the forest Whose pale eyes glow from the shadows Running with the wind, fluid and sleek Your fangs alone make the law
With the stars reflecting off your coat Of burnished silver fire Your ears are alert and forward As a howl echos in the distance
Standing alone, watching through the night As the moon travels the path of the sky Unknown, unseen, but forever needed Wolf...protector of the forest
Protect the weak, join the strong Pass the birthright to your young Wolf...guardian of the forest May you always remain eternal | The Dark Side Territory
You step into the dark, dead-looking territory. It stretches on for miles, suitable for the growing pack of dark wolves. You look around, but see no wolves...not even a trace of one! Infact, it the land seems deserted. Strange, you think. You step a few steps further into the territory. With closer observations of the territory, you discover large piles of bones scattered about the land, along with fresh, deep crimson pools of blood. Thinking it would be safe to look around a bit more, you begin to pad deeper into the territory. A howl is heard from the distance. You come to a sudden halt. A deep growl is heard. You step back, looking around for whatever was stalking you. The growl faded out. For a moment, there was complete silence. A gust of wind swept over the area, combing through the towering tree, and tall grass alike. Glowing eyes shown dimly around the shaded spots of the territory. Another deep growl was heard, followed by many more. This time, however, they did not stop. The growling dark wolves stepped out from the shadows, all eyes locked on you. Some looked strong, fit, or young, while others looked old, weak, or poorly groomed. No matter their appearances, they all posed a black heart, and the strength to kill whoever may cross their path. Small pups stood by their parents, with their ears standing straight up as the barked and yipped at you. A few other pups walked up to you, letting out small, yet fierce growls, imitating their elder pack mates. They were the next generation of dark wolves in training. A couple of wolves began to slowly make there way toward you, teeth bared, and fur on end. A loud bark was heard, one of an older wolf. All at once, the dark wolves turned their heads to the bark, pups returning to their parents. A black, female, wolf with a white underside stepped out from the darkness. Her blazing yellow eyes fixed upon you. She was, Dark Star, the alpha, or the ring leader some might call her, of the dark wolves. She appeared to be around four years old. A cold expression stood on her face as she stared you down. She walked up to you, then jumped up on her strong hind legs. With a quick swipe from her paws, you were easily taken care of. ..The Shadow Forest.. This is a dark forest within the valley, where the dark wolves roam. Thick trucked trees crowd the area, their long branches stretching from one tree to another. Like the graveyard, this forest also supports a fog, but it is much thicker. Pure-hearted wolves may enter here, but beware of the dark wolves who may be lurking in the shadows.
