It almost seemed impossible that Narron was ever going to find another pack. Even though he had been traveling for a while now, he had only come across small little groups of other animals. He shook his head in frustration and huffed quietly. He plopped himself down in chagrin and rolled half way to one side. His tail curled up around his hind legs and put both paws over his muzzle. He couldn't stand it. It was driving him insane that he was being by himself. He needed someone to look up to, to be like, to mimic. Narron turned in a position that wasn't so bothering. Rolling, he turned on his back side and squirmed in the leaves. A grumbling groan of displeasure was emitted and he rolled in the leaves for a few seconds, until he jumped up, debris was across his pelt and he took a wild shake and spread himself from the bother.

Narron shifted his weight and he took a few scampering step forward and wiggled among the trees playfully. It had been so long since he had another wolven to play with him that it almost bothered him. No so much anymore. He had his moments when he couldn't take it, but he quickly grew out of it. He unhooked his jowls and slapped a magenta tongue across his furry muzzle. He paused, and then stride, sliding his fur up against a rough barked tree. A soft, pleasing growl slipped through his muzzle and he swung his tail around it, almost in a feline manner. He quickly pulled away, and dipped his for body and pushing himself across the soil and dead leaves.

By this time, the young wolven had gone far enough from his personal destination to grab a vague scent of another canine; whether or not it had been a wolven or just a wild dog. His shoulders jerked and rolled in sockets as he stepped forward. His head was risen, ears erect upon his head with his nose out, tail curled over his spine. Narron's leathery nostrils quivered silently and he just stepped forward. Leaving his mark on a few trees, here and there when he smelt distant territory markings. The wolven dipped his head, and he felt the strong scent. He shivered in happiness, overwhelming joy that there was another canine creature close by. A chill ran through his entire body and he shook his coat out. He pulled his head up and curved his charred lips in a pleasuring howl. Indicating the pleasure, and hopefulness.
