very simple to make...

1 lb of sausage

3 cups of Bisquick (I use Jiffy Mix, its less expensive)

4 cups of chedder cheese

Sausage and cheese at room temp. Mix sausage, cheese and Jiffy mix in a large bowl. work it with your hands. Roll dough in balls, size of your choice.(bite size is good)

Put on a cookie sheet, and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
