Cowboy Caviar
Rinse and drain:
1 can hominy
2 cans blackeye peas
Chop:
1 bunch green onions
optional and in addition: 1 small white onion
3-4 tomatoes, chopped or diced
Mix together with 1 bottle Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, enough to cover the mixture.
Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Serve with Tortilla Chips. So yummy!
