Pumpkin Bread
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 c. water
1 303 can pumpkin
3 1/2 c flour
3 tsp soda
Nuts if desired
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix. Bake in buttered loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour or when a knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 2 standard loaves. I use smaller pans that generally take 45-50 min to bake.
