Winter Hearty Stew (Great for the working person)
2 lbs hamburger, browned with onion and a shake or two of salt, drain
1 can Minestrone Soup (I use Campbells)
1 can RanchStyle Beans
1 can Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
This is the best flavored stew and sinfully easy. Honest, everyone who trys this loves it. The original recipe called for 1 lb hamburger to 1 can of each, but I like lots of meat. I usually triple the recipe and freeze in small containers. If you like it soupier, add some tomato juice (I add a little water to the cans and rinse them into the soup).
