Corn/Green Bean Casserole
(this is family favorite and a must for Thanksgiving .. my favorite)
1 can ShoePeg Corn, drained
1 can French Style Green Beans, drained
8 oz Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
Small onion, chopped fine ( I use dried minced onions most times)
½ Green Pepper, chopped fine
½ inch Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1 stick melted margarine
Mix together and put in greased pan (I use my pryrex 7 x 11)
Layer the cracker crumbs on top
Bake at 350° for 45 min.
Have the margarine melted and spoon over the top when
you take it from the oven�?/STRONG>
