Rhubarb Butter Crunch 6 cups diced rhubarb 2 cups sugar 2 cups + 6 Tbsp. flour 2 cups brown sugar 3 cups uncooked oats 1 cup melted butter Combine rhubarb, sugar and 6 Tbsp. flour. Put in 9 x 13 pan Combine brown sugar, oats, 2 cups flour and butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb, pat gently. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 12 - 14 servings. |
