I found a pic so you would all get an idea of how to set up the chicken  lol

ok.. you grill your chicken on indirect heat.. I use a charcoal grill, cuz I am partial to charcoal.

Make a rub for the chicken:

1/4 cup paprika
2 tabs brown sugar
1 teas onion salt
1 teas garlic salt
1 teas seasoned salt
1 teas pepper
1/4 teas cayenne pepper (to your liking)
all to your liking really  I kinda toss in what I have, but the paprika and brown sugar are pretty much the same.  Rub cooking or olive oil all over your whole chicken.  Rub spices all over the chicken.  Take a couple chugs from your beer, lol.  Should have about a 3/4 can of beer.  Put this up the chickens butt, lol.

You should have already put a pan under where you are going to set the chicken in your grill, small aluminum disposible pan, I make my own from foil.
Place the chicken on the grill as you see in the picture.
Cover the grill and leave it alone for about 1 hr.  Depends on the size of your chicken.  You know when a chicken is done.

This is sooo tasty and so moist, you will love it!  Try it.

if you think that rub is too salty, use onion powder and garlic powder, you know, whatever   lol
