anxious for Feb and March
to be done with...I'm ready
for that green grass again.

for one day, cackle! Not long
enough to qualify as a Jan. thaw.

Well, guess who won 1st place in the

chili cookoff!!! That would be ME!

I really didn't expect to win any category

but I won two categories and best all

around! Whooooooo HOOOOOOO!!!

It seems as if everyone I know is being affected

by this economy. I am so sorry for those who

are being hurt by it. I know when I saw the

amount of money we've lost on John's 401K

I almost fainted. I simply cannot believe it!

I hope everyone has an enjoyable evening
