It's still tonight and not tomorrow yet.  My mommy took a fall today.  And they took her by ambo to the hospital.  My brother figured she broke her hip, so I said, they won't do that surgery out there, and they didn't, they took her by ambo to Rice Lake this afternoon.  I finally got to talk to her this evening.  She is in a lot of pain. I sure hope things go well.  They will more than likely be doing the surgery on her tomorrow after they do a physical on her.  From all the reports I hear from her, she is in good health, so that shouldn't be a problem.  But I sure would appreciate it if you all add her to your prayers.  Thank you - Shari

Shari of course I will add your Mom to my prayer list. 
 
It's cold this morning.  The last week has spoiled me.  I'm so ready for Spring.  We are supposed to get snow Saturday so not sure if Dave's surprised birthday party Sunday will come off or not.  I sure don't want Angi and the grands coming over in bad weather.
 
Angi told me that Bryli is wanting to go to Poppy's to go swimming.  When they told her the water was all ice she said "that be alright".  LOL

Shar, I'm really sorry about your mom.
Please keep us posted.  I know how hard
it is being away when things like this happen.
You, your mom and your family are in
my prayers.
 
My back and neck are so sore!
But I have things I need to keep doing.
Working on grants, working on tax
returns, getting ready for next Monday...
yep, even dreading next Monday.

Hello
 
Mom came through the surgery great.  I talked to her and she sounds terrific.  Way better than she sounded yesterday.  She said she feels way better than yesterday.  She was in so much pain yesterday.  She is a tough lady, is all I can say.  I love her to death.  It just felt so good to talk to her and have her sound normal, or as normal as she can sound, lol.  I told her that Duane and I would be coming up this weekend and she said, ONLY IF THE WEATHER IS OK TO TRAVEL!! Always the mom.  I said, ok mom.  Thank you so much for all your prayers... I so believe in the power of prayer.

I think the weather should be ok, just in the 20's here.
