Transparent Gif in PSP Animation Shop 3
Click Save As
Click on Customize
Under the Colors Tab make sure the Optimized Median Cut is checked
and Nearest color is checked
Under the Options Tab
Make sure the 3 middle boxes are checked
Under the Partial Transparency tab
convert pixels less than 40
and check Yes blend with this color which needs to be white.
