This is the code we use for our websets.

<Center>
<TABLE cellPadding=20 width="100%" background="Insert bottom layer code" border=5>
<TBODY>

<TD><Br>
<Center>
<TABLE cellPadding=10 width="97%" align=center background="Insert middle layer code" border=3>

<Center>
<TABLE width="95%" align=center background="Insert top layer code" border=1>
<TBODY>

</Center>
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></Center>
<Br></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></Center>
<Br></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></Center>

Paste this code into the HTML-editor.

Then go to the window with your photo-album. Go to the background you wish to use.
Then right-click and chose the last option. Go to where it says Url, and highlight the entire code (can be done with right clicking and selecting the option select all). It starts with http:// and ends with jpg., or gif. and then about 12 numbers. Then copy it.
Go back to this window and paste it where it says "Insert bottom layer code" or "insert top layer code"
Do this with both of the backgrounds you wish to use.
Insert your background-codes, and go back to normal editing.
Then save the page before you do anything else, because if you make a mistake the work you've done so far won't be lost.
