Spam Sandwiches
l can of Spam, chopped rather finely
1 or 2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
1 or 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
Hellmans or Miracle Whip to bind

Spread on opened hamburger buns - put on cookie sheet under broiler
for a couple of minutes until barely browned and good and warm - add a
slice of cheese and put back under broiler until cheese melts
slightly. If you would prefer you could add shredded cheese to the
mixture before broiling instead of using slices. Makes a lot of
sandwiches cheaply and they are good.
