I know you said Elmer needed to quit smoking, well I did quit almost 4 years ago after smoking for over 45 years, I did it with the patch,Walmarts brand, also now they have sugerfree candy and gum, so they would be safe on your teeth from Cavities, I have not picked up a cig since, I could not have done it without the patch.I cleaned up ever ashtray in the house the day I said I was going to quit,That patch does work.also the Dr. gave me a little pill to keep me calm, I only took it for 30 days, that helped also.

Thanks Lindah..I have offered to look into something for him but he said he wants to do it by himself..I'll give him a few days on his own but after that we do need to check into something...
