7/8 cup all purpose flour + 1 tbsp. corn starch = 1 cup cake flour

HOMEMADE CAKE FLOUR
2 c. minus 2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Sift all ingredients together. This turns all purpose flour into cake flour.
