 Paradise Punch

1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 package frozen strawberries, partially thawed

3 quarts ginger ale, chilled

Crushed ice

Put lemonade, strawberries and pineapple in blender container and run at high speed until completely smooth.

Fruit mixture can be made in advance and stored covered in refrigerator.

Just before serving, combine with ginger ale and pour over ice.  Garnish w/ strawberry slices.

Makes 1 gallon or 32 servings.

(Served this at my parents 70th Anniversary party. Yummy!)

Apple Blossom Punch recipe

6 quarts apple juice
6 quarts ginger ale
6 (12 ounce) containers frozen orange juice (undiluted)

Mix quart to quart for punch. For added touch, make a frozen ring (in a mold) of any kind of orange drink or Kool-Aid that has been sweetened. Add bits of red or green cherries or bits of fruit before freezing.

The mold should be made a couple of days ahead. Float ring in punch bowl to keep punch cold.

This punch has a different tangy taste and is ideal for receptions of any kind, particularly for a golden wedding anniversary.
