This is my top top tip for losing weight and getting healthy.
In my opinion, there's no excuse at all for not preparing your own food.
Pre-packaged meals are bad on so many levels! Cook!

I cook when i have the time but you have to agree there are those times when you are very tired and pre packaged food is the most convient, lol.
I do agree with you i have been preparing my own food but for some reason the weight is still here.
