THE MAKE OR BREAK A HABIT CHALLENGE Habits take twenty-nine days to
take hold.... We challenge ourselves to make some new good habits.
Or break some bad ones. What habit do you have that is holding you
back from being successful on your plan?? How about a habit that is
keeping you from getting out and living your life. Big or small...
Bad habits were made to be broken...!!! Come on guys .... Are you
game for 29 days ?

Exercise Your Age Challenge Info

This is where you try to exercise your age in days....

For example:  If you are 30yrs old, you try to exercise 30
days in a row.  If you miss a day, then you are reborn and
starting over again at 1.  Once you reach your age...you can
continue to see how old you can get....or start all over.

Exercise and Water Check Info

You will see this post a couple times throughout
the board during the day.  Post up what you have done for
exercise, and how much water you have drank during the day to try
to keep ya focused and on track.

Keep shakin that tushie, and drinking that water:))

We encourage you to do little challenges amongst yourselves, but we have had a problem with Challenges in the past that were run by members, so this way we can keep an eye on things.
