1.  I do not have an emotional attachement to meal times or the food that I eat.  I belive my thinking about this has really improved this time and it has helped keep up motivation and willpower.  I use to say that "I like to eat once my son is in bed so I can really enjoy my dinner" or "I had a bad day so I deserve a bag of chips and choclate bar."  I have done away with this kind of thinking an now convice myself that I eat inorder to give my body energy to continue through the day.

2.  When I go to bed or in the evenings and I get that knawing hungry feeling I say "I have eaten right today and I am not hungry."  Yes simple but I know because I have eaten the right amount of calories for the day that it is not hunger.  I have convinced myself that that feeling is my body eating the fat in my body and not actually a hunger feeling.

3.  This is what I really contribut my short but wonderful success too.  I limit my fruit to only breakfast and in needed a mid morning snack.  On previous diets I would eat fruit anytime I wanted thinking that it was a healthy way to fill myself.  Although it is I believe it is why I would feel so hungry during evenings.
