I know the name sounds silly but that is what you look like as you do this exercise - pee-ing on a tree like a dog does. ROFL
Pee-ing Exercise
Get on the floor on all fours (hands and on bent knees, as if you are going to give someone a 'horse ride'). Lift your right leg up even with your hip and hold it there as you count backwards from 10. Put that one down and lift your left leg up even with your hip and hold it as you count backwards from 10. You continue back and forth lifting your legs until you our counted backwards to 1 (decrease in number upon lifting your leg). Example right leg is even with hip and you count 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 then shift to the left leg doing the same. Then go back to right leg and count 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and so on. As you hold that leg up in position you WILL feel the burn for sure. If you want to add weights to your ankles to add more tension go for it.
I have been told this exercise is wonderful for a lot of the muscles in the legs and butt. Definitely areas I need some work. I love this exercise without a doubt but find I need to put a few days in between there because I can't move. LOL
