Diane gave me the key to losing weight and keeping it off. For me, the key was the "formula". (It takes 11 calories per pound for a woman to maintain her weight.) That turned losing weight from an emotional, *I will never be able to do this* thing, into a numerical equation which I still use today.

All of a sudden, I could look at the numbers and see WHY my weight was going up or down, and it became EASY to look at those same numbers and bring them back under control again. It meant that I wasn't a bad person if I chose to eat a Hershey Bar. I just needed to watch those numbers, and the weight would come off.

And it did. I weigh 150 lbs today and wear a size 12, thanks to Diane.

Thank you, Sweetie. I am forever in your debt. ˇ
