8/27/05  I have been exercising but keeping a log elswhere.  I am going to begin logging her again.  Today I did 30 minutes on treadmill at 3.5 mph for 2 miles.  |

Ok, have not posted in a loooong time!!  Have continued to exercise none the less... I will try to post more often     30 treadmill, 20minutes aerobics blast off tape  |

Actucally ended up doing 55 minutes on the treadmill yesterday.  I started a new book, and it was way good so I could not stop reading it.... so, did my time walking and reading LOL.  Probably the same thing will happen today, will see  |
