On Saturday I did 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of kickboxing, 10 minutes of upper body and 10 minutes of Abs. After lunch rode bike for 4 miles. Sunday, went for a 4 mile bike ride again. Yesterday, I did a Firm video which included aerobics, upper and lower body and Abs and I did a 1 mile walking video. Total 70 minutes
Today I did a 4 mile walking video - 60 minutes.
