Annie's Schedule For Gliding:
 
Monday:
Ultimate Buns and Legs Workout (25 minutes) 
 Fat Burning Cardio (30 minutes)
 
Tuesday: 
Total Body Scuplting (50 minutes)
 
Wednesday: 
Ultimate Buns and Legs Workout (25 minutes) 
 Fat Burning Cardio (30 minutes)
 
Thursday: 
Total Body Scuplting (50 minutes)
 
Friday: 
Ultimate Buns and Legs Workout (25 minutes) 
 Fat Burning Cardio (30 minutes)
 
Saturday: 
Fat Burning Cardio (30 minutes)
 
Sunday:
Rest
 
This will be how it goes for a while, until it becomes way too easy, and then I will be looking for more.  Trust me though I WON'T be getting used to this that soon!!!!  I just bought it yesterday and started today.

I just started my Gliding today, boy was it ever hard!  I did the Total Body Scuplting today which was 50 minutes long.  I did the whole tape, but some of the moves I either couldn't do (but I tried) or I had to modify it further than the beginnier did.  But I feel good, and my legs are killing me already.
 
I just hope that this will tone me up as it claims to do.  The Total Body Scuplting dvd claims to be able to tone your legs, buns, hips, thighs, arms, abs, shoulder, back, etc.  I feel it in my legs after the standing leg session of endless lunges (made a bit easier to put up with my being able to glide), and they do pushups (which I had to modify by doing them on my knees).
 
The thing I liked about it was it was fun.  And while I couldn't do some of the moves I had fun trying.  I know that if I keep at it and do the dvd's as much as I can I will be able to do the advanced moves in no time! 
 
Right now I'm just having fun feeling my legs, abs, arms burn right now.  I just hope this is working what it claims.

Okay, well I'm gonna go ahead and make some changes.
 
I did do the 25 minute workout of the Ultimate Legs and Buns workout.  I was supposed to do the Fat Burning Cardio workout but am not going too.
 
The moves where the same and I can't fathom (at the moment) to do their schedule after all. 
 
This is what I am gonna do:
 
Monday:  Total Body Sculpting (50 minutes)
Tuesday: Fat Burning Cardio (30 minutes)
Wednesday:  Total Body Sculpting (50 minutes)
Thursday:  Fat Burning Cardio (30 minutes)
Friday: Total Body Scultping (50 minutes)
Saturday:  REST
Sunday:  REST
 
At least until my body gets used to this, then I'll find another way to break it up.  I know it's gonna take a while for my body to get used to this though because I am so not that strong right now.
 
So anyhow, I did good because I did work out for 25 minutes!
