Yesterday, i walked... and walked...        Today I have done 30 crunches and 10 girl push ups( thats my weekend  exercise I ahvent done in a long time!!  |

Yesterday.. I  played  basketball with the kids  for about 10 minutes or so..  Today, we went for a walk for 30 minutes  I did 40 crunches and 20 girl  push ups..     |

Amy,     I think you are doing grand.....     can i ask a question (well I'm going to ask anyway!!!!) What is a girl push up? I might just want to add some of these to my routines.     thanks for answering my query     judith  |
