DONE!!! | Day 55 Walked to and from "work" today..... was running a little late this morning so it was a brisk walk! This evening I walked the dog down by the river. Saw the family of swans again.... the sygnets seem to be growing each time I see them. We went the opposite direcdtion to what we normally go... as they say a change is as good as a rest. Enjoyed myself. |

DONE!!! | Day 56 Walked to and from "work" today, a brisk walk. Home via the vets to pick up Patience's tablets. At "work" I was sent out at lunch time to get a leaving card.... another brisk burst of walking. This evening walked to and from Slimming World. It is cooler today... but warm enough just to wear a T-shirt.... with the clouds getting darker I was glad to take an umbrella with me even though I didn't have to use it. I'm loving walking ... the pedometer helps as well |

DONE!!! | Day 58 Walked to and from my clients today.... I needed the walk back to clear my mind from some of the stuff we talked about. This evening I went for a walk on my own in the river park. It was strange being on my own |

DONE!!! | Day 59 Didn't walk to Pet Crumbly's today as I was running late and I thought I would get there quicker by bus. Walked home though listening to my c.d. player. Got home, went to the loo etc., then took Patience out for a walk... at least the day was getting cooler. Took her down by the river park again. It was good to see the rabbits.... and the squirels clinging to the trees as they clamber up them. |

DONE!!! | Day 60 Walked into town and back today.... yes I got up in time to go to church! No day in bed for me today. This afternoon walked the dog down by the river, via the local garage to get some diet cola for fuel! At least it didn't rain today as the forecasters were threatening. And a little breeze to take the heat off the day. |

DONE!!! | Day 61 Walked into town this afternoon... it was raining but I needed to go to the bank. Then walked home via the laundrette. At least i have clean clothes now! I was getting irritable with the umbrella and the fact my c.d. player was acting up.... and the fact i was getting damp round the edges. Later this afternoon I took my dog out. By this time the rain had almost stopped. Went down by the river again. Patience was dragging a little. We need to get another route .... one where my feet don't get so dirty if it rains! |

DONE!!! | Day 62 Brisk walk into work this morning as i was running late.... thankfully I could text work and I was only 10 mins late. Walked home as well. This evening I walked down by the river with my dog. She gets a rest tomorrow adn i must think of alternative routes... |

DONE!!! | Day 63 Walked briskly into work .... and a little slower coming home.... then walked halfway to Slimming World and all the way back... trying to increase my speed a little Day 64 Three short quick walks today... I should have done more but I'm tired. Good job tomorrow morning I can have a lay in! Walked to and from the mini-bus for work today.... and then had a short walk this evening |

DONE!!! | Day 65 Went for a walk this evening with my dog down by the river.... even saw a hot air ballon sail by. My pedometer didn't register that many steps so I was a little dissapointed but thats what comes of staying in bed all day i guess!!!! |

DONE!!! | Day 68. Walked twice this evening. First time was with my dog... slower than usual but still moving that body. After tea I walked into town and back at a much quicker pace. I played some rock music on my c.d. player and that helped speed me up. 45 mins of a brisk walk. Felt much better for it |
