I am now 32 years old in the EYA challenge. Hoping to get to 100.

Doing weights after I post this for 15 minutes, then I'll do them this evening as well.

Also going for a 1-1.5 hour walk this afternoon where I have the afternoon off...Justin leaves my 3.30 so to resist temptation until then...walk.

Did weights and went for that walk...from 3:50 until 5:25...very sore now. LONG day work lifting a lot of pop and potatos. OUCH!!!!

Work tommorow too and then have the weekend off! I wrote down for Sat and Sun off so I could spend time with hubby...and he has to work...bah.

2 cents...heck I'd take a pennies worth of advice on the better workout less time routine. :)

Did a half hour of jumping around my apartment yesterday listening to my guilty pleasure CD (a mixture of Venga Boys, Fat Boy Slim, 5ive, b4-4, B*Witched, Will Smith, the stuff I would NEVER admit to owning). Lost another pound too.

Anyways, today I am going for a walk (it snowed last night so it's gunna be boots and snowgear), and possibly doing weights if it's not busy at the store, otherwise I'll chalk lifting 50 lb potatos as weights enough.

Having a hard time getting motivated today...trying to get it but thinking I'll wind up doing it later (seriously)...it's just "one of those days"

Got about 20 minutes in so far...just having a lazy day (and that walk yesterday left me sore)

been keeping up, comp is acting funny so have been writing in another book.  Doing well and more intense cardio.
