well darn-it-all I guess I took Sunday to be "the day of rest"... literally I woke up with severe back pain.. took some meds, and slept for about 4 hours in the afternoon.. woke up in time to make diner {we were having company that night} and then sat around after supper talking and today.. I did some exercise, but not enough to claim it as an exercise day.. oh well.. will try this challenge again, when I get back next week, as I know I will be talking too much over coffees this weekend to even think about exercising |
