well today i did not do to bad i did both of my pilates tapes also i did 15 minutes on the eliptical

well i did not do to bad on the 4th again i did all my pilates tapes 15 min. on my exercise bike and well the stairs i was up and down them all day mind you i did not do my twists so will try for tomorrow
